Best RPG of the kotors ect?

Well I'm wondering what are the best RPGs in your mind?

I've been looking through and theres kotor 1, kotor 2, jedi academy 1, jedi academy 2 ect ect.

What are the best and should I play through first? ATM I'm playing through the witcher and I've completely oblivion.

MASS EFFECT is one of best RPG games that came out lately,and you should try it even if you dont like KOTOR lol

jedi academy 1 & 2? hmm... i was only aware of jedi academy, which is a sequel to jedi outcast, which is a sequel to dark forces 2, which is a sequel to dark forces, which are all fps (sort of).

but yeah, kotor series is great. mass effect is similar in style and gameplay mechanics, and as far as i've experienced is equally great (if not better).

but the best rpgs are the baldur's gate series and fallout series. vampire: the masquerade - bloodlines is great as well. and planescape: torment is as well, if you can find a copy. ultima 7 and betrayal at krondor are pretty old but great as well.

Meh, it really doesn't matter which version you play... The only differance is interface. Not much to warrant PC over 360.

Well the interface and the load times, which was one of the biggest complaints of the 360 version. I have to agree though, Bioware made both KOTOR and Mass Effect, and they are similar play-wise, and Mass Effect is just amazing in a lot of ways.

In my opinion KotOR beats out KotOR 2, but they're both really good.
If you decide to play them, obviously play the first one then the second if you enjoyed it. The jedi academy games are really good too, but they're more of action/adventure type of game-play and not really RPG's.

Also Mass Effect is really good too, especially if you like KotOR. :D

I've completed ME on the 360 so I don't think there are enough extra features currently to re-purchase it on the PC. Maybe when mods start to appear but not for now.

I'll have to check out KOTOR 1 first then, but I'll make sure to play both :). I've been trying to get a hold of those oldies fireandcloud but I can't seem to find em, any recomendations on where to get then? I'm British btw.
