Im thinking about buying a Laptop from Ibuypower, but I want to know which video card is better, they have a few but they dont really say much, and I heard rumors that the Geforce 8600 GT isnt really capable of DX10. so heres the selection:

1) 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 PCI Express Video

2) 256MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 PCI-Express 3D Video

3) 256MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 8400M-G Video (Up to 1GB)

4) 512MB NVIDIA 8600GT Video (mobility)

they also have Integrate ATI RS485MC Share Memory Video System and Integrate Intel 945GM Share Memory Video System but I know integrated video cards are pretty bad.. and not good at all for gaming (these are in the under 1000 dollar laptops obviously)

I just need to upgrade from the laptop im currently on its a HP pavilion and its about 2-3 years old and well it just basically sucks, and its getting so old it can hardly play wow with its crappy Geforce4 440 Go 64M

its not that it's not CAPABLE of dx10, its that so far it hasnt performed well enough for people to believe its cabable of "next gen" performance WITH dx10.

still, i think we cant say anything until we see it using dx10. who knows, what if dx10 requires LESS power and is thus, more efficient. (thats a goal after all right?)
