Get Mass Effect2 on pc no doubt. Bioshock1 not really a huge difference other then graphics and controls imo, so get it on eithe rpc or 360 its up to u!
If you got a PC that can handle their requirements then I suggest that. If you don't and/or prefer to play those games with a controller rather then keyboard and mouse then go with the console.
