Bioshock Mission

Well I've got a Problem in a mission.

I used the LOT 192 first Dose & for some I can't use the second Dose. When I press E button to use it, It gave me You cannot have anymore items.

Anyone faced this problem ?

did you use a trainer of some sort? Because i remember someone having the same problem, and it was because they had a "all items/weapons" trainer.greatmax1

Yeah i'm using the trainer some times but using it or without using it giving me the same problem. Maybe i will try reatarting the level
