Errrrr, ive not noticed anything to do with paedos in the trailer - I mean, i know theres the extracting the energy plasmid things from the little sisters - but i dont think theres anything sexual in it. I think the guy who suggested vintage porno might be on the right lines, you know. (or failing that, yeah, there might just be someone bending over to pick summat up - ratings these days)

I think the problem isn't so much with your spelling (which is terrible, admittedly) but rather that what you typed isn't even comprehensible. I can't even really find any complete sentences in your initial post. If a mod has a problem with me or anyone else commenting on that, well, that's just too bad, I'm none too worried about it.

As for the original topic, I haven't seen anything in any of the trailers that I would consider to be even mildly sexual. The closest thing to that I've seen are the torn dresses the splicers are wearing, and that isn't what I'd call titillating... grotesque maybe, but not sexual. It occurs to me that the rating description might be there to cover all the bases, given the current paranoiac attitude over ratings lately. The ESRB is running a little scared right now, you must admit. I guess we'll have to wait for the game to come out and see.

Nope, that definitely isnt what happens. You kill the Big Daddies, then you can either kill the little girls for their plasmids (not rape them - that doesnt happen at all) or do this wierd thing where you free them.

Yeah. Cutting people in half with chainsaws revealing their cut guts is fine, but if you see a girl *almost* naked then the authorities jump in and shield the game from youngsters. It doesn't make much sense to me. The avarage person has a sexual experience before 18 anyway as far as I know.

In Rainbow six vegas it had sexual themes becuase it had a tag spray easter egg.

I dont get it, with all the(not allowed to say this on board )on TV now a day's... if they made it like esrb for the t.v. then i bet the( not this either )cat dolls would all have to wear actual clothes to be t.v legal.

It's obviously clear the ESRB over reacted, I haven't heard anywhere of hot top-less mutants hunting you down, although that I think that would be pretty funny. In todays game climate the ESRB just wants to cover all the "bases" to avoid any confrontation with Jack Thompson, or some pansy religious parents who believe games are inherently evil. It's just a way for them to say "We told you so" before buying the game.concord9
