There is no "strong sexual themes" anyway, it's rated M for blood and gore, drug reference, intense violence, sexual themes(not strong), and strong language. I don't know why it has a sexual theme rating. You'll figure out when the game is released.

If it was Strong Sexual Themes, I believe there will be a part of the game that actually takes place in an part of Rapture specifically designed for sexual urges. Since they are basing it off of a Utopian Society, and all...
