You probably have an error; the game can't run, obviously. Nice try, though.

The scanned files have NOTHING to do with Bioshock... Meaning those were there before you installed the game.

really? well avg says its drive d.

..........okay obviously u dont have a lot o comp exp, no worries, but all that means is that D is your main drive (Correct?) if the trojan were from bioshock the file folder would say bioshock, or 2kgames in it.

It's just a false positive. Other antiviruses won't identify it as a trojan.

It's a problem with the Bioshock EXE, I believe... no Trojans there.

It's hard to tell what the threat is when most of the file location is cut off in your screenshot.

It is posssible to get a false positive on a game though. I also use avg, so it will be interesting to see what the results of installing bioshock will be.

Get another virus scanner to double check.. Mcafee didn't identify the game as a virus.. It could have been teh demo.. Supoosedly some demo was going around where some jackass inserted a few viruses and such. Honestly do people have anything better to do in their lives?

Yep I have AVG Anti-virus also, and it detects the setup.exe as having the trojan Generic6.UMS. This is the download from Gamespot. Are you guys sure its a false alarm? Is it safe to run the setup.exe?
