Not sure if this question belongs in the hardware forums, so sorry if it doesn't. First some background information: I have 2 8800Gt's in SLI and a 2ms response time LG widescreen monitor. When I play games every once in a while I get this black flickering effect for a couple seconds, which goes away and then proceeds to come back. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what could be causing this. In the game im currently playing (Fable: The Lost Chapters) I'm running on max settings and have v-sync enabled and both the refreshrate of my monitor and the game at 75(mhz?? i think). Any help would be greatly appreciated or if you need more information about my rig etc. just let me know.

This is where people notice the gimmicks that SLI and Crossfire really are. Bad support in old games and quirks such as this..................

Yeah, SLI is twitchy at best w/ older games. Especially games that came out (or were developed) before the concept of SLI. The interface is probably, "Wtf, 2 graphic processors? I have no idea what to do."
