Borderlands GOTY edition 7.50 on steam.

Todays 2k deal on steamis Borderlands GOTY for 7.50. I was just wondering if anybody else has had trouble checking out with it. For some reason my card isn't going through like normal.

I had a problem buying Bioshock 2 today, my card came back as declined. Now this being steam and me being incredibly nervous about certain practices steam get up too I immediately got onto my credit card company and they basically said "WTF nowt wrong here with your card or account, dunno why it was declined bro"(I am paraphrasing of course) they didn't even have a record of steam asking for a payment today. Anyway just to be on the safe side I decided not to bother with Bioshock 2, I get the feeling it could be a problem with steam.

I may just have my friend gift it to me. I'm trying to buy it from the browser right now because the Windows partition of my hard drive went bad. The new one isn't getting here until tomorrow so I'll miss the sale. If a game is gifted do you recieve an email or does it automatically add it to your accout?

Say guys, I already have Borderlands installed on STEAM. I haven't started playing it yet really, amd I have a question - is the DLC pack worth $7.50? Will I get a substantially expanded experience or is the DLC meh?

I've played some and really enjoyed it. It seems repetitive but its not all that bad once you start playing it. Especially online.

It's a blast to play it with friends.

It's a FPS Diablo. If you find Diablo repetitive you'll find Borderlands repetitive too.

My friend was gonna gift it to me and his card just got declined too. I think its a problem on steams end. They still haven't answered my message that I sent.

I just procured my copy of Borderlands GOTY. $7.50 for the base game with all DLC.GET THIS GAME PEOPLE! Hurry because the sale only lasts a few more hours. This game is seriously fun, was playing it earlier. If you like L4D series, you may enjoy this. Both feature online co-op gameplay. Xbox 360 controller compatible as well which is awesome. My card went through with no problems. Steam, I love you. T^T = tears of joy. ^^

This is 7.50 in the UK also. Doesn't Steam even know how to currency convert? 7.50 in "english sterling" is $12.50 in US dollars. So we're paying almost double that of US counterparts. Come on Steam get it right. You ******* dopes.

Just got the last DLC for a friend and myself. It looked pretty neat, but I wasn't going to pay $10 for the DLC. I spent a lot of hours playing Borderlands :D

I wonder if they ever fixed that weird performance issue with their high quality shadows. I'll have to give it a try with my new card.

EDIT: Since my hard drive is trashed and im on ubuntu and not running the steam app I can't change the server. No dice.

This is seriously like ruining my day. I've been waiting for another sale on this since xmas and now there is one and I cant buy it. I filed a help thing with steam but haven't heard back from them and by the time I do i'm sure it will be too late to buy it on sale. this blows.
