building gaming rig HELP

Hi so ive never built a gaming rig, i don't really know how to start or how it works, i mean I don't know if you order the parts from a website that assembles it for you or...

My budget is between $1600 and $2000 MAX. Also if its possible to fit the nvidia titan in there that would be great.

don't skimp on the graphics card and the monitor because those two things will determine (more than anything else) how good of a gaming experience you get. the graphics card because it's what will power your games, at high fps with everything maxed out and at higher resolutions, and the monitor because you're going to be staring at it all day long. i would go with a 4gb nvidia graphics card (like a gtx680) and an asus 23 inch (2ms response time) monitor.

don't skimp on the power supply. if you get a cheap power supply it will probably cause you all kinds of problems (dirty fluctuating power) and some might even blow out and/or catch on fire. i like corsair and seasonic (80 PLUS GOLD)

get a very good cpu cooler. you'll need it when running games for extended periods of time so the cpu doesn't overheat and crash to desktop or fry your motherboard.

get the cpu from microcenter for $199.99 http://www.microcenter.com/product/413251/Core_i5_4670K_34GHz_Socket_LGA_1150_Boxed_Processor

i would buy everything from newegg except your motherboard and cpu. get the motherboard from amazon (way better return policy if you get a defective one). get the cpu from microcenter (way better prices on cpu's from microcenter). newegg is great for everything else - i buy A LOT from newegg.

if you price everything out and intel is too expensive then go with the amd fx-8350 cpu based system. if you go with amd don't go with anything less than fx-8350.

This is the 3rd time I have explained this to you and yet your still not clear with the people your trying to help (you need to say "if you fortunate enough to have a microcenter then get the CPU/motherboard bundle with them").

Thats alot less confusing then saying "oh hey, get your CPU here"

maybe think about getting at least an h80 cooler instead of the h60. but really i'm not sure i would go with anything less than the h100 or h100i TBH.

Its a great bundle for the price (Your getting a nice motherboard with $60-65 worth of ram for $155).

If it's a single stick you will want to buy another soon for dual channel, but in the real world it makes little difference.
