Was just looking around on newegg an I seen these combos they had and was wondering if any were good?. I know most need extra parts here and there but still. Some seem decent enough.

The last one kinda caught my eye, if it is a good deal what would be good to add on to it to keep it under say...$1k and run smoothly

I'm in favor of the last one. What all should I add on to it to keep it at a good price but still as much bang for my buck as I can?.

I'd be up for spending about another...$300ish or so after that, bit more bit less depending on what all it would come out to.

Woul have to buy an OS with them all. I have XP but kinda want 7, doesn't bug me...what does though is all the bad stories I've heard about eBay.

None of those are worth the price of having to upgrade the PSU and GPU.
