you could build a much better computer yourself for that kind of money. and that computer wont play anything much more complex than pong with that graphics card. or you could just build the same computer for less money with a better graphics card

can you build it yourself or do you have any friends that could help you? newegg.com is your friend, has lots of good deals

i dont know really any good deals for prebuilt systems, maybe someone else does. if you want the most for your money i would say grow a pair, look online they have guides on how exactly to put together a computer. seriously putting the computer together yourself is like half the fun of having one. all you need is mobo, cpu, memory, harddrive, powersupply, case. i put my first computer together last christmas and i didnt know a thing about how to do it and it still only took an hour to put it together.

If you're willing to look at Dell computers - the Dimension 9200 is a affordable PC. You also have the option to tweak the build a bit to suite your needs.

get a dell gaming system or a pre-built gaming system from newegg (not sure if they sell it) or ncixus.com. you can get a decent one for $1000

edit: my bad just noticed that ncixus doesnt have any prebuilt ones only canada one does
