Buying PC Hardware in Canada

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for some help here. I'm planning on buying a new computer but I live up in Canada so Newegg is out of the picture. I do have mailbox in the US but I can't sign up for NewEgg because my billing address is Canadian. Looking at places up in Canada to buy from, such as NCIX, the build I want is almost $200 more.

Anyone have any recommendatios of a US site with prices similar to NewEgg that allow me to sign up? I can then ship my items to the US.

Also, any comments on my build? My current computer is almost 6 years old, AMD Athlon XP 2700, ATI 9700, etc so I can't really upgrade but I am taking some parts from it so not everything needed is below:

EVGA GeForce 8800 GT 512MB

Corsair 450W Power Supply

Crucial 2 x 1GB DDR2 1066

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel Motherboard

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66Ghz

You should probably get the e8400 instead of the e6750,

Of course better processor indicates on games. There you'll be able to load faster, the video card is lighter than with a slow CPU. You'll see the performance.

P.S: One of the other things that you can do with better processor is that you can write CD-DVDs faster, archive, extract faster, etc. :D

Also remember that if you order out of province you don't have to pay PST. I just built my computer from NCIX in January and found their prices quite competitive with my local retailers and not paying PST just sealed the deal.

Just one more question though. I've been out of the PC Hardware loop for a while now, but I was wondering if there is anthing on the AMD ATI side that is comparable speed wise to this CPU and Video Card?

How does the AMD 6400+ Black Edition stack up to the E8400?
