Call of Duty 2 AMBIENT MORTARS

Hi ! Can someone give me detailed instructions about how to install the Ambient Mortars Mod ? It has a ReadMe, but I can't get it to work. I also have a Fs_Game folder .I got a IWD file and a CFG file. Please help me !

i remember putting those cod2 mods on servers were a **** but that was a while and i cant really remember, try googling like cod2 modding server tutorial or something

I figured it out ,but now can someone please give me a good config for it ? The mortars fall quite rarely . The map I play is mp_carentan.
