Almost all optical drives are OEM. On your mobo details and specs somewhere it will say on there the cables it will come with. 9/10 it will come with enough stuff you need.

nevermind i mean't region as in the whole world because ive seen so many people list parts from newegg to people who live on the other side of the world which is kinda funny your budgets pretty high i would spend a little less than it than save the rest for upgrades i will post parts later
