1TB of hard drive

a geforce 9800 GT

idk what my sound card is i never turn the sound on but its probly not a good one

does anybody know if my pc can handle this game? and on low, medium, or high settings?

Between medium and high, I think.

Your graphics card is quite weak. Your processor is a bit weak too, but Crysis relies a lot more on the graphics card than on the processor.

Yes you should have no problems running Crysis.

I think you have desent grx card its just Crysis is at another lvl then most games.
