I have 2x4gb Corsair XMS CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 and 2x2gb sticks of OCZ Gold 1333mhz. They are the same speed, but have different timings. The Corsair is 9-9-9-24 and the OCZ is 9-9-9-20. Will they work together ?

I would manually set the timings and voltage, but they'll work fine together...

As long as the voltages are the same you will be just fine. Having two different voltages with memory can cause instability for the system

Ok I tried using using them together my system booted but just showed a black screen? The voltages are different the Corsair has 1.65 and the OCZ is 1.7 I think, so will it auto adjust or do I have to manually do it ?

Manually set the voltage to 1.65v in the bios, and set the RAM timings to that of the Corsair RAM, since it's a little slower (higher latency)...

If the Corsair memory is rated for 1.65 then just set your ram to 1.7 to match the OCZ's. Having +.10% is not going to hurt the corsair memory.

I tried to change the Dram voltage but it is greyed out and says if changed it could make the sytem unstable, so not sure what to do here.

You can change it to 1.65v no prob. They just don't want you to enter the wrong value...
