turn the resolutiion down to 800x600 and you should be able to get about 20FPS

No, sorry :( Maybe if you turn everything down, you might squeak by. But you still have some time before Crysis comes out, so you have time to build a new computer.

/\ My point Incase you are just some massive pc gamer newbie, the game should run fine, maxed out. But, Crysis is not even out yet, and by then there will be ATI 2k cards and Nvidia 8900's.

It runs at max settings at 25xx X 16xx on just one 8800GTX, it'll run fine. People underestimate Crysis's DX10 optimization.

hmmm - not on max graphics - i think the GeForce 8800 would not be enough good to run on max graphics - something newer - GeForce 9 series to run high graphics with 1024x768 resolution and two of the video card to run on max graphics on same resolution fast (60 fps)

It will Run at Max settings and Resolution that it supports! No lag. Nothing!

But one thing. How much Memorie (DDR) do you have?
