I have a two story house and my Internet connection is in a computer room on the second floor. I have Dlink DGL4300 router connected wired to my PC. I have tried wireless connection to router from 360 and PS3 form downstairs and it does get a great connection. So usually when I want to play online I run a 25 foot cable down the stairs and connect in into one of my systems. MY question is Can I plug my 360, PS3, and Wii into a router and then run the cable from the router upstairs down to a router that has all 3 systems connected?

not 2 routers, a router and a switch. Connect the router to your dsl or cable modem, and run a line downstairs to a switch with your 3 systems.

This is basically what I do. I have a router downstairs in the living room with a ethernet cable running into the basement for my sister. Another cable runs upstairs into my room and connects to a switch. From the switch, I have my computer and Xbox 360 connected. I also have an extra couple ports if a friend brings his computer over. It works pretty well and I prefer it to wireless, though the router has 802.11G for our laptop.
