Yep... post processing is on high.gigaman299hmmm, can you set it to very high? If you cant via the menu, you could try enabling it in the config files located here : program files>electronic arts>crytek>crysis sp demo>game>config>cvargroups>sys_spec_postprocessing. Now in the [3] section, change the following line :
"r_MotionBlur 1" to "r_MotionBlur 3". Also, if you want to set everything else to very high, delete the entire [3] section of every file you find in cvargroups, it will automatically default to very high when you set it to high in the menu, but remember to back the cvargroups folder.
several of the 'blur' effects in Crysis are DX10 only. object blur for example (bullets near you, trees falling etc) and they simply cannot be enabled in DX9, not even with the 'dx10 in dx9 performance mod'..as for the Source engine, yeah, you really cant notice it anyway, its nothing like Medal of Honor Airborne for example.
Lawl... thanks. I saw videos of the HL2 EP2 gameplay, and motion blur seemed very noticible there... Thanks for the answers anyways.. XDgigaman299probably because the videos you saw were from the xbox360 version of the game, where the motion blur is more noticeable, since its on a console.
