so i was using a ati radeon 7850 hooked up to my 50 inch tv i changed my graphics card to a gtx 660 now i cant use it at 1920x1080 it just pushing everything out of frame. i have installed the drivers and i can run it at 1768x992 fine. but heres the kicker i turned on the 3D option and it ran at 1920x1080 at 24hz perfectly. i dont really have the desire to always use the 3d option so thats not a very viable solution. if anyone can give advice that would be appreciated.

*for added note i was running 1920x1080 with the 7850

What do you mean "Out of Frame" are the edges of your screen being cutoff?

Overscan. It's been an issue with Nvidia cards for like a decade. If you have a 1:1 pixel mapping option on your display you can try to correct it with that. There use to be overscan correction in the control panel too but I don't think there is anymore.
