choosing between 2 PSUs

i can get either this antec 650W for $150(CAD) at my local shop :http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371001

or

this ocz 700W for $195(CAD) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341002&Tpk=ocz%2b700W . I need a psu that can handle 2 8800gts 320mb in sli, and im not sure if i want to go with a 600W stealthxstream because it might not be enough. Im wondering if the price difference is worth it.
