I installed Clive Barker's Undying and wanted to play it but it was too fast. I looked up on the Internet to find solutions about this but no luck. All the compatibility options are not working. I want to find several answers here. IF anyone was experiencing this problem and he somehow fixed it, then please post the solution. I really want to play this game but the speed of the game is fast on all compatibility options. I really need help. I'll wait for answers here.

Sorry I don't understand what you mean when you say the game is running to fast. Could you possibly give a more detailed explanation?

Put V-Sync on "ON" to limit the fps to your display Hz. It must help.

I think he means that the game clock is fast which means that everything in the game happens at a much faster rate making it pretty unplayable. I'm not sure how to fix it. I didn't have this problem when i played many years ago.

Are you using a dual core by any chance? if so you might want to have a look at these techspot / gamereplays. seems if you "set affinity to one CPU" it fixes the issue. I can't vouch for the programs they recommend because I've never used them. Hope this helps

I fixed it this way: Turned everything over maximum, and set compatibility to 98. The menu was fast, but the game wasn't. When I was looking at a low detailed floor, the game speed up a little but not that much. It was like: 3% faster when I looked on the ground. I was able to find out that the menu was fast because of the flaming mouse. The flames were fast. Now everything was good.
