i agree ur title misleading it took almost 4 hours to beat not 3 still a short game and which is why i will not buy it might still play it through other means since i heard its still an great singleplayer
My first play through of the single player was on the Veteran difficulty and the description "You will not survive" couldn't be any closer to the truth. I was close to pulling my hair out at some points it was just that mind bogglingly hard lol.
Still i had a blast playing it on veteran in total i think it took me around 6 hours to get it finished after replaying that god damn mother...well you know the level i'm on about if you played it.
Yeah there's a big scale there - I can beat the demo on veteran, but damn, it's tough. If I bought the game, I'd probably play on the one below Veteran.
It took me one week to finished it. Because I have to work, I play only when I come home at night. Which is like 9:00 p.m. Then after I eat its 10:00 and then I went to sleep after I play for 2 hours.
I only through it once on hard but I forgot how long it took ... longer than that, though. I'm still not 100% sure if it was worth the price tag though (given that I dislike its multiplayer compared to UT and it has since been uninstalled and given to a friend) but it was probably the best FPS SP campaign I've played since F.E.A.R.
Wow, you just spend that much money to rush through a game? I like to take my time, enjoy myself and get the most out of it. When playing an FPS like COD i'll survey the battlefield, see what team mates are doing and if they need support.. i'll flank etc.. i like to look around.. not run through a game as fast as i can and then try to brag about it on a forum.

What you should do is watch black hawk down ,then play the game. Its pretty sweet first night i got it i played to part 1 level 1(were you and about 10 choppers come in and land in the streets) then iwent to bed. When i woke up i just wanted to watch that movie^ to get me in the mood for some ass whooping

I did that and beat it in 4 hours. It's not even bragging. It's just criticizing the game for not being worth the money if you want SP.
Pretty weird, at first most people said Crysis took only 10 hours, I think I easily spent around 15-20 on it. Now, people are saying COD in 5 hours. I definatly think I've been playing longer then that, but I'm only halfway. Weird, considering I used to cut through games like a knife through butter. :P Although I have to say COD4 has some horrible moments in SP, I'm currently at the part where you assasinated that russian dude near Chernobyl, and you have to fight off hordes of guys while waiting for the evac chopper. I've got the feeling that I'm doing something totally wrong, because I mostly get swarmed before that chopper gets even 3KM near me.

if i wanted to brag i would go differently..like i did in the xbox 360 forum because nobody believed me.. they said like ITS IMPOOSIBLE... some of them didnt even have the game!! its short.. REALLY SHORT!!...
