Company of heroes or puzzle package deal?

Only have about 13 bucks to spend on games right now. I can get CoH (9.99), or I can get Braid, Plants vs. Zombies , and World of Goo (12.49). Which one do you think is better overall and a better value?

Company of Heroes all the way, but i'm horribly biased since its one of my favorite games ever

Company of heroes without the expansion packs? I would go for the other deals. You can buy the anthology pack on amazon for 15$ instead.
