Only changes I can make-
$127(after MIR) Corsair HX620w

BTW- If I were you, I would either wait until July 22 and buy a $266 Q6600 or if you need it now and can't wait buy a ~$115 E4300 and buy the Q6600 later this year.

Ya, get the 320MB version, thats atleast an extra 100 dollars for something you dont need if you got the 640MB version.

Also, why the 650i chipset?  I dont know much so correct me if I am wrong but wouldnt the 680i be a better choice for just a bit more money (money saved from buying 320MB instead of 640MB as well).

Otherwise, looks fine...as is or after alterations!

A bit more? Price different is pretty big between the 680I and the 650I. Why i picked 650I myself.

IF you really want to future proof your rig get a P35 motherboard. Then when the new 45nm chip sets come out. You have a board that supports them. Which is exactly what im doing.

huge monitors are like 24" and up. yours is 19" so i'd suggest the 320mb to save up but if you can afford it why not get the gtx?

There's ALWAYS something to wait for.. If he needs to upgrade his CPU, he could just get a Quad.

An E6600 with just a slight overclock will easily handle most anygame for years to come, the GPU would be outdated before the CPU. I'd wait a few more months for a GPU price war to start and then grab a 8800gtx.
