Anyways, my computer seems to be restarting itself every 2-4 hours. Does anyone know what might be causing this? OS is Vista Home Premium 64bit.

I don't think the problem is my CPU temp, as this problem has only started to arise in the past week or so, and my processor has been overclocked for almost 6 months.
I'm running memtest as I type this, though :)

this is your problem the CPU gets too hot. Are you using the stock Intel heatsink?CPU Idles @ ~120F (~48C), goes up to ~155F under load.

poof. It just instantly does it and re-boots. i had that problem r u sure the cooler is pressed down onto the processor properly?
and make sure u have enuff thermal paste and u haven't scratched any of it off newere on the cpu
