at the moment. im running the pc out of the case. its seems fine. this leads me to believe it is my case frame causing to short circuit

They're probably washers there to prevent that.

hmm well maybe you should use a stock cooler or at least one that doesn't have a metal bracket if possible.

hmm well maybe you should use a stock cooler or at least one that doesn't have a metal bracket if possible.

i took my pc to a repair shop and i just got it back. the guy took out the i/o shieldplate. it was the reason it caused all the crashing due to short circuit. he said that someone had pull the spikes inward which comes in contact with the motherboard.

your hardware is well below the requierments upgrade to A 295gtx oc, and an i7. bcroger2
