Condemned: Criminal Origins Mods?

Hey guys...it has been a very long time since I have been on Gamespot forums, so excuse me if this is an old/outdated topic. Been wanting to get into mods for my PC games lately, but since I'm new to mods I want to get your opinions. As the title says, I'm wondering if there are any Condemned mods for the PC? If there are, could someone explain to me how to apply mods to games? Thanks a lot guys.

Dell XPS M1530

C2D 2.4 GHZ (T8300)

4 GB DDR2 RAM 667 MHZ

Nvidia Geforce 8600M GT (195.81)

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

No mods that I know of except a field of view hack which is badly needed for this console port.
