Cooler Master Centurion 5 Case

Today was my 2nd time opening up the case since I built the machine and just noticed the foams that came with the drive bay slots. Am I suppose to take those out to increase air flow...or does that really not matter. I've had no problems anyway...

Those are dust filters.  Keep them in unless you don't care about dust getting into your PC.  They are removeable so you can clean them every so often.
