i3 is a low end processor, it's not made for gaming, this is the sort of thin you'll find in regular office PCs and prebuilts not gaming PCs.Terrible. A CPU with a crappy integrated GPU. Does Intel want to kill PC gaming by frustrating people who buy brand new system, only to realize that they can't play anything modern at decent settings and resolution?

it will be 1156 1136 was simply to get i7 out there 56 will be its consolidating point kind of like socket 748 was to 775.
Do you mean 1156 is replacing 1366? That makes more sense then trying to support all 3.it will be 1156 1136 was simply to get i7 out there 56 will be its consolidating point kind of like socket 748 was to 775.

[QUOTE="aura_enchanted"]Do you mean 1156 is replacing 1366? That makes more sense then trying to support all 3. LGA 1156 is mainstream, LGA 1366 is the enthusiast.it will be 1156 1136 was simply to get i7 out there 56 will be its consolidating point kind of like socket 748 was to 775.
