The new H100 seems to be even better than topshelf aircooling. But what about the liquid. Do you need to fill it up like ordinary liquid coolers? Considering its a closed circuit?

No. Once you install it, the only maintenance you should need to do is to clean the dust off it.

i just sat teh H100 and all i have to say is WTF? ill need to get a full tower with 2 back fan slots to make mae it work

Well since a Coolermaster Hyper 212+ with two fans is pretty much equal to a H70 and a H70 is only has a 5-7C difference vs the H100. I think spending $100+ on a all in one cooler is pointless when you can spend less then $50 and get a cooler that performs close. Also one bad thing about liquid coolers is that if the pump dies your trouble(cant cool at all) while most good aftermarket coolers even if a fan dies has enough surface area to passively cool until you replace the fan.

you do have a point, and i forgot where i read it but a normal life span for a liquid cooler is 5 years. but still one nice thing about those liquid coolers is that it does free up a bit more space in you case.
