could you play GFWL games on a second live id??

lets say i have redeem my prduct key and have played batman arkham city GFWL version on "A" live id

then i make a new live id, call it "B" and will i be able to play it??

Do you really need to register an account just to play offline? In most gfwl games you can play with a local profile without registering in such way if I remember correctly.

btw guys, can i play the game without disc?? right now even after installing the game and making shortcut on desktop i still need to put the disc in order to play and the sound of my optical drive kinda bugs me from time to time :(
