Why?:| To me it seems like PC gamers are becoming complete graphic whores yet they try to accuse console fanboys of this and fall back to how indepth our gameplay is.. The source engine is fine as we have seen with games like Team Fortress 2..

I'm a bit underwhelmed as well. It has improved from CSS, but definitely not up to today's standards. When CSS came out, it might not have been a graphical monster, but it def looked nice.

I noticed that when looking at the screenshots, the game actually looks pretty good. It was just the video that really bothered me. As mentioned before, the animations and some of the gun models just look awkward. Also, I noticed that the frag grenade is tiny, it is literally as big as 2 fingers on the model.... almost makes it look like a tactical cherry bomb =/

Since the game still is in early shape they might even not be done with some animations and models, who knows? And seriously, CS doesn't need flashy graphics etc as long as gunplay and the overall feel of the game is as perfect as previous games. Competetive CS games are still the best gaming experience I have had, ever. Really gets the heart pumping.

It looks a bit dated to be honest. Like a pretty amateurish mod. Needs more polish.

And indeed, the hand/weapon models look pretty terrible.
