1. Im running a torture test or benchmarking my gtx 670 now i set my fan to full speed at 80% contantly. Now when i start the torture test i can notice the sound of the fan dropping in speed not by much i can notice it when the test starts, when finished the test i can hear the fan speed a little bit louder spining a bit faster. Temps stay at like 70c to 74c so is that normal or is my PSU just not handling the power but in saying that it does pass the tests?

2.I just installed i Cooler Master 212 EVO. when i set fan speed to full not through bios through a app i cant hear it speed up, is that just because the fan is that quiet because the 3 wire fan is the adjustable fan speed hey?

Thanks.

1. The noise could be coming from the CPU fan. 2. If the temps are fine, then why is that an issue?

Nar it is the GPU the things loud as only reason im asking is because the more cooler the better if I can get it to drop more temps I would.

1) If anything, the GPU is keeping the fan header from getting quite as much power. But, just to be sure, what PSU do you have? 2) If you want to set your CPU fan to full speed, then do it in the bios. There isn't any need for software...

That's not that bad. What are the rest of your system specs? If you're PSU wattage is borderline for your system, you can always put a much better, high speed fan in your PSU to increase stability and wattage just a bit...
