CPUs and drivers

Someone told me to make sure I have the lastest drivers for my cpu. I dont know to much about cpus but do you guys recomand I go out and get the latest drivers, will it help? If so plsease send me a link to the ones I need, if possible. Thanks in advance

I think that's optimizer. I wonder whether intel have something like that?
