9 minutes until it starts to download, the funny thing is I was downlaoding something else, as soon as I found out the crysis beta is open I just closed it and started downloading the beta. although I'm a little erked they didn'ty have the option to choose the 2900XT in the menu prior to getting your key, cant snub the ati users.

I also have a XT and thought it was pretty weird that it wasn't an option. Is the multiplayer suppost to look the same as the single player or is it like Halo 3 where it is scaled down for the sake of connections?
well the above poster said it has dx10 so I think this will be able to run things on high. although seeing as how its a beta it probably wont run super well, time to test the power of the 2900XT lol.
edit: there is a yellow box near the right middle area that says join beta, click that.

Keep trying. It took about 20 seconds for it to load the new page after clicking the button. Keep in mind that this was about an hour ago, when less people knew about it.

lucky, I'm using the east coast server and its not going to fast, Its starting to pick up speed though, it was holding at 60KB/s for first 20 minutes now it seems to be holding at 150kb/s.

i am using uk servers as im in the uk try the uk one everyone is sleeping now lol
