crysis objects flickering

hi after getting my 4870x, i thought i could test it with crysis but in dx10 mode if the textures are set anything but low, distant object flicker!!!!!! but in dx9 mode, its fine plzzz help!!!!! is it just my system or do other ppl havethis problem!!!

lol ur right!!! but i was tying patch 1.2 but i keep getting an error when im trying to install it....

I see that in Crysis too, but not in Warhead.
