I am running on a Nvidia GeForce 7800GT, AMD Athlon 64 3200, and 1GB of RAM. This is what the game looks like...

As seen in the picture there's a giant blob of darkness that prohibits me to see. The walls are pretty messed up as well. And where's the trees and rifle?

EVERYTHING is on low and anti-aliasing is OFF. Do I need to tweak the settings? Or does my rig just plain suck and this is what it looks like for everyone else with these comparable settings.

Try putting the brightness up or nightvision

EDIT: turned up my brightness and now I see that black thing. Try reinstalling drivers, that worked for me when I was getting artifacts 1 time

Definatly seems like a videocard problem. :) Update drivers and directX first.
