they reviewed it the bashed it for an at time confusing nature of choosing the path of chaos and a still cluttered inventory sidebar at the squad loadout menu but otherwise this is still an astounding game and multiplayer is a BLAST with the new commanders and maps and such. the singleplayer is also more satisfying than the origional though its still the same game as dow2 is gameplay wise (four squads gear collecting and leveling no base building.

the short: if you own DoW2 and even if you remotely like ti grab chaos rising with all speed. if you dont own it its definetely worth putting the 30 bucks down into. if you want an rts experience singleplayer wise your still not getting quite what you asked for though its better than it was.
