Dawn of War 2: Retribution Beta is Official

In this thread on the DoW 2 forums Relic poster EgonSpengler confirmed that there will be a beta and that it will be availble to pre-order holders and steam version DoW game owners.

The beta rumor is true. Expect a press release early next week confirming exact dates.

The first group will be invite only.
The second group into the beta will be anyone with a Retribution pre-order.
The third group into the beta will be DOW2 and CR owners, as well as owners of Steam-registered DOW1 titles.

Hah, so its basically a guaranteed spot for a good fat load of us in the third slot. I am pleased. I'm very curious with what they have done with the Imperial Guard and what with them being my favorite race i'm pretty much going to be beelining straight towards them.

i'm pretty sure all versions of DoW II are the steam version so it should be well populated

Aye been having fun with this game myself..Dow2 has been more fun for me than starcraft 2..Oh here go my flames sorry just one mans opinion guys..Nothing more, its not as creative as starcraft dont get me wrong..Just like the game more..
