Dawn Of War VS Company Of Heroes

Both games are incredible. If I HAD to pick though...

Dawn of War.

Company of Heroes is a great game, but World War 2 has been done so many times...

Dawn of War!!!. played both games and they are both good but i have to go with DoW. Just had to many holy **** moments in dow like seeing the baneblade maincannon shot for the first time or a defiler crushing infantry with his 4-5 diffrent weapons :D

when it comes to ww2 i am just to spoiled by more realistic games like ww2online or hearts of iron even though they arent rts.

Im a warhammer player (fantasy though) but was quite pleased by DoW's gameplay. I am sad that Tyranids won't be coming out in the next expansion though, apparently being replaced by sisters of battle or somewhat. Didn't paly much of CoH, didnt really like it, but thinking of giving it another chance soon.

I prefer COH, really thought relic made some changes to the RTS format that resulted in a better game then DOW. Overall i like the setting in DOW more, but COH had better gameplay,especially the mutliplayer. Hopefully they will combine the gameplay from coh when creating DOW 2.

Dawn of War has only got 2 advantages in my eyes. 7 overpowered sci-fi races with supreme badassery. CoH only has 4 rather realistic races that are nowhere near as badass. The 2nd is a larger map count for skirmish and MP.

But, CoH has superior, deeper gameplay, better physics and better AI. And a better Campaign to come along with it. So I vote CoH.

I loved Dawn of War and was WAY More into it than CoH.Luminouslight
