Dead Island Riptide problem

Hi all

I have some issue with this game.
When i'm in the game and i had played for some time, the game just close down and my computer crash.
My computer should be abel to run at least at medium settings, but right now it crash even if i run low settings.
What could this be?

And what could be the solutin to this problem?

i shuts down my computer or simply go black screen, and when i start my computer up again, the sound dont work.
I dont think it is overheating. ( It's a laptop) I have an extern laptop cooler connected, and when i hold my hand on the laptop, it dosent feel hot or burning.
