Awesome.. D3 CE pre-ordered, 500$ saved for RMAH :D

[QUOTE="MythPro1"]

That simple point is important to a lot of people, especially myself. I refuse to shell out $60 for any game, and when it comes to Blizzard games, I will be waiting an eternity for a discount. Torchlight 2 is the smarter purchase in my opinion.

People are different, I personally prefer to spend quality time instead of getting some cheap and crappy game. So I would rather pay 100$ for D3 than 5$ for TL2.

Are you insinuating Torchlight is a cheap, crappy game? Eww.

It's just my opinion.. Yes indeed for me TL and TL2 falls under category of cheap and crappy games.

Finally, the reason l built my new PC.

Propably, my older PC (6 years old) would handle D3 just fine thanks to the great optimiztion of Blizzard games but l want to play it on max.

The one thing about Blizzard that no one can argue about is the perfect optimization.

CDudu

Put in perspective, my $600 laptop (I5 2.4ghz, 6gb DDR3, Nvidia 540m GT) was able to play the game at a combination of high to max settings at native resolution staying at the vsync fps of 60.

Yeah, we are getting probably 3 pre-orders, and at least one of those is gonna be a phsycal Collector's edition copy. (Want the soundtrack, and USB stick).

Man I think the coop in this game is gonna be really really fun. I loved Diablo I and really really liked Diablo II. I know there will be changes, but I know it will be optimized, have a great story, great atmosphere, great soundtrack (even though Matt is with Runic Games now).

Is the game gonna be perfect, or even up to the hype of the past 10-11 years? No. But I think it will be a wonderful game, that will last for a long time, I expect it to last considerably longer than the previous games in the series just by the always connected aspect alone!

Can someone please summarise the region restriction etc, bloody blizz games are soo sonfusing when each games has different regions it can be played in... IM in AUS BTW.

I am not willing to pay $80-90 for a game. Would it be possible for me to somehow get the game from the US for $60 or the key off the numerous sites. If so does the US version use the same region as the AUS version?

Thanks
