The title says it all. If you care at all about racing games, you should kick yourself if you miss this deal.

What if I like racing games but not particularly off-road ones? Will I like this? Hmmmm...$5 so tempting!

I hate racing games but Dirt 2 was a lot of fun.

Its a very pretty game and its worth it just for a tech demo.

If you really like the mechanics of a more sim than arcade racer, you might still like it. It's all rallies and dirt racing. It's all on tracks though and not quite as offroad as say Fuel was. If you have a steering wheel, I highly recommend it for just the accurate feel of driving, even if you don't like the dirt. When you drive through a puddle of water, obscuring your view until the wipers do their best to get your visibility back, and your steering wheel jerks in response like Neptune himself is betting on the other driver, then I think you'll see why this game is so highly regarded. :)

If anyone described the game like that, they could sell 100 million copies. I've heard nothing but positive feedback for Dirt 2 so looks like I'll be adding this one to my game library. Thanks!

Oh that's a killer deal. If you've not got it yet, go for it guys, it's a real good game. I guess @guynamedbilly explained it pretty convincingly.
