Yeah they'll all work, just make sure you get 2GB of ram if you ever want to run battlefield on high.

Why don't you look at the laptops specifications, and then look at the requirements for Oblivion, and figure this out for yourself?

It'll work on it. But an Alienware is ridiculously overpriced. Actually, all gaming laptops are but Alienware's are something special when it comes to overpricing.

Don't waste your money on a gaming labtop, and that goes double for Alienware. They are a rip off. PC gaming needs to be done on a desktop. Sure, you can use a labtop, but it doesn't work nearly as well, and within two years after your purchase the labtop is outdated and won't be able to play squat. Use a desktop they are more upgradeable and last longer.

In regards to oblivion, have you tried the mod that lets you run the game on good settings on a system far below the minimum requirements? I think it's called Oldlivion or something like that. Also, it would help if you listed our desktops spec's.

Finally, this is really a more hardware forum oriented question.

Oldblivion, yes.I had it before, makes the game look worse than Morrowind as it messes the shaders up to some cruddy version. Better off playing Oblivion the way it was meant to be,even if it is a slideshow.

So you're buying a laptop so you can play Oblivion, but then you're asking if it will play WoW? It sounds like you've done absolutly zero research on the games you want or the computers you are buying.

Yes it will run on high settings, you may have to turn of anti-aliasing and lower a few quality settings though. Yes it will run WOW.
