Do i have to get a new video card in order to play APB??

Uh yes, your card is horrible. There's no way you're running APB, it's very demanding, period.

This, ugrade to something like a Radeon 4650, it's less than $60 and it gets decent performance, or if you're willing to spend a couple ten more dollars or so, get a GeForce GT 240 or a GeForce 9800, my guess is that you probably don't need a monster rig to play APB. Also, don't buy a graphics card at a retail store because the prices are nearly double there, buy one off of eBay or newegg, maybe Amazon, but never buy PC parts at a place like Best Buy or a Staples, their prices are insane.
Can You Run It isn't always 100% correct. I failed the NeverWinter Nights 2 minimum req but I could still play the game (It still ran like crap, i.e. barely). And while I was going to say that it may work since CYRI isn't 100% but I won't now because your graphics card is awful. You fail the minimum requirements. Why are you asking this question?

Now, answer me this question, can you play it? Hey, playable is different from person to person and depends on the game. And NWN 2 was somewhat playable. I got a good enough frame rate 20-25 (Not good at all, but good enough to play) on min settings. So that was at least functional, but that was about it. The visuals were hosed, but that may have been because my graphics card was dieing. But like I said before playable depends on the person and game. I actually increased the settings on Crysis (I upgraded my computer immediately after NWN 2) to get a lower framerate because I didn't like it at 45 fps (felt choppy, who knows). It just didn't feel right above 30 (and felt fine down to 15).You fail the minimum requirements. Why are you asking this question?
