I haven't changed the stats of my computer or done anything at all to it in a while. Do I need an upgrade, and if so, what would the order be?

Throw in a new GPU and 4 more gigs of RAM then you're good my man. Nice rig.

I never understand people asking if they 'need' to upgrade.

The only person that knows that is you.

How do your games run? Are you happy with it?

Above message is very true but in my personally opinion that CPU is getting to be to much of a bottleneck at this point and I would strongly push a 2500K i5 for the pricing (I just upgraded from my i5 quad to a i7 six-core sandy bridge) but I never had any problems with my i5 and I loved it.

Throw in a nice GFX card depending on your budget of course you could still pass off with having a 550 ti.
