Do Skyrim Graphics mods work with Dawnguard?

Yes absolutely. Some of them will require you to do an update or seperate patch to support Dawnguard, but any ENB or graphical mod that doesn't change textures or interior lighting should work fine.

Some of them. If they change certain parts of the Skyrim world, like making the rivers' shoreline or make shadows look better, then the changes will not affect the new zones. Usually, the old zones will still work fine though.

Just trying to decide to get Dawnguard now or later. I don't want to play it with stock graphics. Because of the low res textures.

The offical HD texture pack was update to work with the Dragonborn DLC, so you could use that

And any texture in Dragonborn that is reused from Skyrim, like snow or something, would use modded textures if it applied to them
