Do you force yourself to finish a game?

Somewhat recent ones? Well I forced myself to finish these and was not impressed by the end.

- Fallout3

- GTA IV

- RE6

- Dragon Age 2

- Alien vs Predator

- Portal 1 (Had fun with some of the puzzles but I just didnt have the WANT to finish the game off, but i forced myself. Unlike Portal2 which I loved.

Don't like playing games I dont find fun but sometimes games start slow or get better later on, so I like to make sure I give all games I have a fair enough chance (Alpha Protocol started slow for me, Dayz I didn tlike the first week or two, love it now, Ultima Online the first few days I was not impressed, liked it later on, and so on). But then there are times like the games above where I wish I didnt finish them as I was bored at the start and the end for the games I listed. Then there is some games where I am just having a horrible time and refuse to play anymore ( Gothic4, WarZ comes to mind of recent ones).

Yeah, been having that problem quite a fair bit with games these days...

But if you've paid for it and everthing its probably better to force yerself.

Actually I think from now on I'll spend a bit less time on games and just focus on the must-have games.

I do. I like to get my money's worth.

Sometimes it's rewarding because some games get really good the second half.
